yng9 Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

1 General Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between yng9 ("Platform", "Website") and its related services ("Services") and anyone who uses them ("you", "User").

By accessing the website, registering an account, or using the services in any way, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the services immediately.

The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows —

• "Platform" refers to yng9's website and all related digital services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account a user has registered to access the services.
• "Game Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in an account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional monetary benefits offered by yng9.

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Myanmar law and applicable government regulations, and any disputes relating to the platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in this agreement.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21+ to use the yng9 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play, even with parental or guardian consent. If we need to verify your age, we may request a copy of your national registration card or citizenship identity card.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual user may only open one account on yng9. If additional accounts are opened using the same name, address, phone number, or payment details, those accounts may be closed and any remaining balance inside may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and your own genuine details. Registering with false information is a breach of this agreement and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification

As part of Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks, we may request additional personal information at any time. Failure to provide it may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. yng9 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or fraud that occur as a result of a third party accessing your account.

• If you suspect unauthorised access, report it immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to others is not permitted.
• Any financial transaction made through your account is considered to have been carried out by you personally.
• You must only use your own registered phone number and personal payment accounts. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks, which applies equally to all payment methods. How quickly funds arrive in your account after a deposit may vary depending on the payment method used.

Deposits must come from your own personal payment account. We do not accept transfers from third-party accounts or any temporary payment services. If such a transfer is made, we will handle it at our discretion, including returning the funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour of submission. Withdrawals can only be sent to the same account and payment method used when depositing.

• We may request additional KYC information while a withdrawal request is being reviewed.
• If there is a remaining bonus in your account, the bonus wagering requirement must be completed before your withdrawal will be processed.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, we may place your withdrawal on hold pending investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 120% bonus on your first deposit at yng9, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a playing balance of 44,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks. Deposit 840,000 Ks and you get the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a playing balance of 1,340,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. How much each game contributes toward meeting the wagering requirement will follow the terms stated in the bonus announcement.

5.3 Bonus Claim Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• If the bonus claim period has passed, the bonus may no longer be available.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash immediately — it can only be taken out after the wagering requirement has been met.
• yng9 may change the terms in the bonus announcement without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If it is found that a player has opened more than one account, engaged in arbitrage betting, or carried out bonus exploitation in order to claim bonuses, those bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Agreement

The following agreement covers all games provided by yng9 — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Shan Koe Mee, football betting, and tournaments.

• Any losses that occur during gameplay are your own responsibility and cannot be disputed with yng9.
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection, it will be resolved according to the server records.
• yng9 may correct any incorrect game results caused by technical errors.
• Winnings from a game will only be paid out when the server records and the result match.
• Where the game rules stated in a game announcement conflict with this agreement, the game rules take precedence for matters relating to that game.

yng9 strongly reminds players that gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a way to make money.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yng9 platform —

• Processing any transactions related to money laundering
• Using bots, auto-click technology, or software tools to automate gameplay
• Bypassing wagering requirements through bonus farming without genuine gameplay
• Hacking the platform or attempting to breach its security
• Reverse-engineering the platform's software, game result data, or provider game environments
• Using the platform to provide illegal services

If a violation of these prohibitions is found, yng9 may take action including closing the account, confiscating remaining balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Restriction

yng9 may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• When a breach of this agreement is detected
• When an investigation is required in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
• When verification is pending due to incomplete KYC records
• When there is suspicion that an account has been compromised or its security breached
• When responsible gaming policies are violated, or when a self-exclusion has been requested by the player

If you want to close your account yourself, you can do so directly via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 1 hour of the request being made.

9 Privacy Protection

By using this platform, you are considered to have agreed to the data collection practices in the Privacy Policy. If the policy changes, you will be notified via the website.

10 Limitation of Liability

yng9 is not responsible for any losses arising from gameplay on the platform. Players make their own decisions when playing, so any losses are their own responsibility.

• yng9 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical faults, server outages, or interruptions to external digital services.
• yng9 is not responsible for any losses caused by faults with your phone or computer.
• yng9 alone will determine whether any statement referring to liabilities that can be excluded under this limitation is legally valid.

11 Changes to the Agreement

yng9 reserves the right to change this agreement at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and will take effect from the time of announcement. Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated agreement.
